According to a hadith, if a person falls in difficulty and remains patient, God changes the flesh and blood of a person with better flesh and blood. In other words, it means that a person remains patient over the adverse situations he faces, he develops a new spirit. This depicts that if someone throws dirt at you but you used good words to him, this behaviour will fill you with peace and solace in mind. Mahatma Gandhi also believes in this philosophy.
On the contrary, if you fight with the person, the peace of mind will go forever and you will pass a night full of tension for the fear of further attack. Therefore, patience ensures the peace in mind, and the impatience leads to exasperated and disturbed mind. When we practice good behaviour, we are moving towards a super-human personality.
What does it reveal? A patient and generous personality with high tolerance always get the gift of his personality. Yes, a generous person never expects anything in return to his good behaviour. When someone gives his best even after knowing that there is nothing to get in return, he is the generous and noble person.
Have you ever understood the gift of love and being amiable to others? This spreads happiness to the people around you. This is true to the social and professional life. Your path may not be smooth and tender. Mockery, disappointments, criticism, and failure may sting you bitterly. When you will remain silent and patient towards them, who are not decent towards you; you will get an unmatched peace in mind. Just keep patience!
There is a proverb, “As you sow, so shall you reap”. Everyone in this world is somehow connected and one day he may come to your help. If you behave rudely with someone, he may keep his face aside when you need him so much.
Good words and good behaviour cost you nothing. Then, why have we to behave rudely with others? When we prepare our mind to respect others, spread love to others without expecting anything, our inner-self will gradually turn in to a superior soul.
Some personalities around you are really lovable and we always get charmed with their behaviour. We always say that he is really amazing and helpful. He never makes you disappointed. The splendour of good behaviour spreads around to make you enlightened. The little ones in your family will also learn from your behaviour. Your glory will be spread everywhere around you. Be nice to people, maybe it will be unappreciated, unreciprocated, or ignored, but spread the love anyway. You will never be a loser. One day you will get your return, maybe, by the hands of God!
Therefore, kind words, good behaviour, and tolerance make you a man of good personality. In conclusion, I want to mention an old proverb, “It’s nice to be important, but it is more important to be nice”…
